We offer different delivery options depending on where our customer is located within the Republic of Panama. Below, we explain everything to clear up any doubts:
Delivery Time:
- Deliveries with Unoexpress
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Monday will be available for pickup starting Tuesday at noon.
- Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday will be available for pickup starting Thursday at noon.
- Deliveries to the Provinces of Panamá and Panamá Oeste
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday.
- In cases of public holidays, delivery may be postponed to the following week.
When you enter your delivery address, the corresponding options for your area will appear.
Deliveries are available from Costa del Este to Casco Viejo, and north to Ciudad del Saber and Las Cumbres.
In-Store Pickup
If you select this option, your products will be sent to our store in Panama City, located in Paitilla, Plaza Bal Harbour
You will be contacted at the phone number provided in your order once the package is ready for pickup.
Delivery to the store is generally free, but may carry a cost if your order includes products shipped from Chiriquí.
Home Delivery
If you select home delivery, the order will be sent to the address specified at checkout.
We will contact you at the phone number provided in the order to coordinate delivery as soon as the package is ready.
This option has a cost that may vary depending on the size of the order.

Home Delivery

In-Store Pickup
If you select store pickup, we will contact you at the phone number provided in your order to coordinate delivery as soon as your package is ready.
This option will have a cost that may vary depending on your location within the Tierras Altas district.
Home Delivery
If you select home delivery, the order will be sent to the address specified at checkout.

DHL Express
For orders of clothing items from our shop, we are currently shipping via DHL Express from Panama City.
Prices vary depending on the quantity and value of the purchase. You can add items to your cart to get an estimate of the delivery cost.
DHL generally delivers directly to your home, but in some locations, you may need to pick up the package at the nearest branch.
Plants
At the moment, we are only selling plants and growing materials within the Republic of Panama.
We plan to launch international sales once we reach a catalog of more than 500 orchid varieties.
